Freebie Wallpaper Design | Om

These days, you can pretty much do anything with Photoshop. This weekend I decided to have a little fun and tried out a few new photo manipulation tricks with some of my old photography. While searching through the depths of my hard drive, I came across a Buddha statue from a temple in Laos and thought it could be really cool to use for a wallpaper. I cropped out the Buddha, grabbed a few elements from some other photos, and pieced together this design. With a few saturation and contrast tweaks, some dodging and burning, and layer adjustments, I ended up with a cohesive photo manipulation piece. Kudos to PhatPuppy for the background texture.
